    Road to Maturity

        今天终于把<项目财务经济评价>实验报告做完了,正式意味着我的研究生课程都结束了,只剩下一篇硕士论文了,时间不等人,静候天籁处。感谢以下王晓静和随淼同学,这财务报表的东西硬是看不懂啊!还好有两位给我指点“江山”才让我有点管中窥豹的感觉...真发现隔行如隔山。

        今天终于把史蒂芬·柯维博士的《高效能人士的七个习惯》的视频看了一下,感觉实在太好了,链接如下(http://www.youku.com/playlist_show/id_950512.html),大概总结了一下里面的最核心的二个理念:

    1. 人在社会上成长的三个阶段:依赖、独立和互赖。首先是个体都需要依赖一些人,比如爸妈,然后等成长到了一定的阶段以后,就需要独立,掌握一些基本的原则和技能,最后就是通过和社会上的其他人形成互赖关系才能通向成功之路。
    2. 七个习惯:主动积极、先做重要的事情、以终为始、双赢效果、知彼解己、不断更新、集思广益。具体的可看视频。

        看了视频后感觉最有感触的一点是时间管理的知识。我们都知道时间管理可以借助时间矩阵来对事件进行管理。

    image     经过实践才知道,原来自己一直在做第二象限和第三象限的事情,第一象限的事情一直不是做的太好。其实正确的是做第一和第二象限的事情,然后把第三和第四象限的事情去掉。终于有点懂了这个图是什么意思,GTD是什么意思。是要好好在学校的期间掌握多一点的知识,这样才能更好的进行工作,以后要更改方向沿着正确的道路前进了...
